Hello all. Been doing salt water fish for years but finally dipping my toes into Coral and decided to join R2R a month ago and love the help I’ve been getting. Keep an eye out for my Red Sea 900 3XL build thread coming shortly.

I’m hoping to get to that point at some point. This seems like a great community to do it!!KHH welcome to the reef. I discovered this forum as it seemed to always come up when I googled a question. Finally joined, then chose to become a supporting member and later a partner member to keep the forum available for others to come. My wife @Ocean_Queenie and I started culturing copepods and phytoplankton eventually selling some on here as a hobbyist. Eventually we decided to try to make a career out of it so we are now sponsors as well. I love the Reef2Reef community here and the wealth of knowledge. Thanks for joining us.

THANKS Let see if I’m one of the unlucky people who has the seams burst or not. Almost went with a Waterbox but love the RS sumps and plumbing.Welcome to R2R! Good luck with your Red Sea build!
@Ocean_Queenie and I have 5 RS with no seam issues. I think it may have to do with leveling possibly. Ours large ones are in the basement so not settling etc. I also made sure all of the support legs were solid in the floor and leveled it, then added some water and verified and adjusted. I might be wrong, but I think making sure they are set up right will help avoid issues. We love our Red Sea Tanks.THANKS Let see if I’m one of the unlucky people who has the seams burst or not. Hey thanks! This is great to hear. I have two RS but they are 250’s. Never gone this big before. I was worried about not being braced so it’s good to hear people have had large RS tanks with no issues.@Ocean_Queenie and I have 5 RS with no seam issues.
