Long white worm thing... ID if you can

So I’ve noticed lots of these things popping up around my tank. They have a long thin, white body that is usually coiled up, with a “fan” at one end of them. When you touch the “fan” it retracts almost instantly.

I’m not sure if they are feather dusters.

any help to ID them would be good. Thanks
