need help identifying the red dots on the side of my longnose butterfly in the photo. Is it a bacterial infection or from scratching on rock or bullying? It’s a new fish that was quarantined and now not eating. I have a hospital/Qt tank set up if needed. Looking for some advice.

I’m not sure about the red marks , I do see some red in the gills possibly ammonia burn? Can you provide some parameters for the tank?
