looking for a custom sump

When I built my stand for my 75g I should have made more room under the stand as of now I have a 20g long as a sump but I already want more considering I am going to add another reactor and some other things. Who makes the best and least expensive custom sump/refugiums around. Also I live in southeast Texas so closer is better.
Dimensions I need are 38" long 11.5" wide and 12" tall.

I'm only an hour away from Houston but I don't want to spend more than 200 on one

Your price is going to be hard for most custom guys. Just be careful about using DIY guys. There are lots of guys here in SA that say they can do it, then you heard about leaking sumps all the time. I would stick with a store bought or spend a little more for custom from a reputable builder. Maybe try asking if one of the custom guys has a scratch and dent that will work for your needs. You might have to give a bit on the dimensions but it could get you closer to your price range.
