Looking for advice on set up

About a 3 year old reef tank but my sps journey hasn’t been the most successful. Was looking for advice on my pumps, I think they have been not putting out enough flow and canceling each other out. I have not been super impressed with the reef crest mode. I have 4 mp40’s and run the wwc light schedule on my radions.

don't see anything wrong with flow, and corals look fine as well based off the pictures provided.

you're either lacking in trace minerals/elements, or lighting (which doesn't seem to be the case, as you're running 4 lights).

maybe get two gyres and have them on the side glass, and send out an ICP to see if you're missing anything like iron, etc.
