looking for 2nd choati To add to the same tank as an existing one? Better ensure you're purchasing a small juvi, and hence female.
psychedlic wrasse And by that, what species do you mean? A male A. chrysocephalus? That's a very touchy/delicate one if so.
red head female wrasse I would ensure it's either a WYSIWYG or from a LFS; most retailers don't get this ID correct.

If the red head is a solarensis, I got mine from PetCo. It was labelled as an assorted fairy. Honestly, I didn't know the species when I got it, just that it was a fairy. Evolved ID'ed mine.

I see the psych heads most often at PIA, usually pretty well priced too and available in trios often

Im not sure I've ever seen a red head female, always males. (I assume your looking for Halichoeres rubricephalus)

Choati wrasses pop up but getting a healthy one is another story. I see them most often at Bluezoo but if it were me Id hold out for a company that spends more time with conditioning them like LADD, Nice Wrasse or PIA but it may be a long wait before one pops up.
