looking for flow meter for manifold

I saw in a guy in a YouTube video using a digital flow meter on his manifold before his GFO and Carbon reactors. where can I get one of these?
 
man expensive equipment usually makes me want it more but 300 bucks is 200 bucks above that point for me lol
 
Just tie colored string on a long rod or skewer too see how much flow you have in certain parts of your tank lol

that works well for returns and power heads but my output on my reactors falls into the sump in a spot that would be hard to see a string but thanks
