Current Reef Factory single dosing pump owner, and have had it work through the start of their bankruptcy proceedings. I recently had to get a new modem/router, and my network name changed. I cannot get into Smart Reef to adjust the settings. So, while it still doses based on the last schedule I set, I'm going to have to manually supplement. Long term it sounds like a recipe for disaster. Plus, unless RF gets bought, some day its likely to stop working. So, I'm going to get a new doser. Versa and Apex are off the list. I've considered Hydros, but have decided to go with Jebao.

I'm thinking of getting the DP-4. Anyone have it, and have any issues/complaints? Is there a different Jebao you wish you got instead?

I use the DP-4 for seven years now.
Have had zero problems, easy to use.

Like any Doser, kalk shortens the life of the product. I dose just Alk, CA and MG.

I know it is manually programmable which I like in the event the internet goes down; but I cannot tell if it also has an app/wifi incase you need to make an adjustment while away from your tank?

There is a version with Wifi and an app.

I don’t use that as I would never adjust the dose while not on site.

My changes are much slower and need bumps as corals grow, but that’s say every 4-6 months.

Thanks for the feedback. I think this seals the deal.

Sorry, those dollars were Canadian.
But still, good value in my mind regardless.

I have everything Jebao.
