Looking for Return Pump Advise

I am finally going with a larger setup and am a bit stuck deciding which return pump to go with. I will have standard 180 Display and will have a basement stocktank sump. Beyond the return I will also need to drive GFO reactor, Carbon reactor, as well as a small Frag tank that will be plumbed in. I dont know that I need a ton of in tank flow from this pump as I will have 4X Jebao WP40 in the display. The distance from pump to top of tank should be a pretty much straight shot 14ft.

You are probably going to be looking at some blue-line or panworld pumps or maybe a hammerhead as I don't think a dart can pump up that much head. It will be best to look at some charts to see what flow is on a pump at that head height and then I would oversize it because you are feeding the other items.
