Long story short my Neptune has been acting up for the last few weeks. Anytime I lose power whether i shut the breaker or power outage my Neptune will not reconnect when power back on. The Neptune is hardwired. On top of that I also have several modules that disconnect. I had a support ticket and phone call with Neptune and he was able to restore all of my modules that jumped addresses to the original address and get my programming back. He appeared to have fixed the module issue. But today I had my breaker trip which was my fault and now Apex is disconnected and for the brief time it reconnected 7 modules were missing. I performed the module task to get the modules up and running again but the first one I did jumped to a different address and then bam my Apex disconnected again. This is so dang frustrating.
I am running the Apex El. Anyone have any ideas. Hope this makes sense I am not the most computer savvy person and this sucks!!
Of course when I made the Apex do this while I was on phone with tech support it had no problem reconnecting although a few modules were missing he was able to fix that and that was it.

I have my third phone call with support set up for today. So far I changed out the Sd card with a 16gig no help. Nothing has helped. They said I possibly have a faulty EB832 so I ordered a new one through them. Installed and same issues. None of my FMM modules are working yet all of my modules are solid green. All of my other modules jumped to a different address. I’m trying to it to let it bother me but this is so frustrating. I know in the end they are going to tell me it’s the “brain” and offer me the new A3 at a discount. I have never had this problem since owning my Apex. I do have to say that Neptune support has been very helpful. I just want my Apex back to normal

Update: After my third phone call with Neptune it looks like we may have found the issues causing my Apex to act like this. First thing was a faulty FMM module. and the second thing was a faulty 25ft aquabus cable. Neptune has been very helpful with this process and they are sending me a new FMM module as well as a 30 ft aquabus free of charge. That should hopefully put an end to this debacle I have been dealing with.

Just an update to those that may be experiencing same issues. It was the FMM module. As soon as I put the new FMM module in the module chain everything went back to normal and worked as they were supposed to. I still have to reprogram everything since I changed out the Sd card but that’s fine. My Apex is back to normal. All this from a faulty module. Mama Mia.
I did get another Eb832 out of this for 50% off though. Courtesy of Neptune
