It's been posted here before but I use my own schedule at half the UV/V. 114% UV and V is too much for my tank..

Then once you are accepted, on the right hand side there is a section that says "Recent Group Files". Click See More and it will give you lists of presets people have linked. I've tried requesting an AB+ preset but haven't had much luck.

The best one I have found to my liking is in the AI Prime/Hydra Reef group if you search for "myron AB+ modified with blues". He made another more for SPS that is called "myron sps".
