Out of curiosity why the Lennardi? They do pretty terribly in captivity, are hard to come by, are expensive, and there are 4 or 5 different very similar looking cheaper fish that are easier to keep

For this particular species I'd argue the female has better color, but there's always a chance it transitions to male.
