I've been keeping my parameters pretty low to get started with SPS in the new tank, but not having much luck yet. They are all loosing color, and some colonies are showing burned tips. My parameters are as follows (Red Sea test kit), appreciate some tips guys:

NO3 - 2ppm
PO4 - 0.02
Alk - 8.4
Calcium - 425 ppm

How old is this system? I'd wait a solid 6-12 months before adding Acropora. Your sand and rock look fresh.
