If you click on the pump you can still over ride to max.
Min = the lowest setting you have the pump configured for in the Speed Range
Max = Highest setting you have the pump configured for in the Speed Range

Howdy!

Did you report your troubles and provide screenshots to CoralVue support?

[email protected]

That must be very frustrating. I am sorry you're still experiencing difficulty. I'm not sure if you sent your experiences and screenshots to [email protected] yet, but I would recommend doing so. That is the most expedient way to get product/warranty/software issues fixed. I don't want you to double the work because for specific details, screenshots, videos, device type, and so forth in their process of elimination to squash bugs.

I'm sure it's of no comfort that, given your history with the IC2C, the recent refresh has been lauded by most users. It's running smoothly on nearly all compatible devices. We are attending to hiccups and prioritizing them as we hear or experience them ourselves. In fact, we pushed more improvements to the app today.

Our developer and engineer are not on R2R, only marketing and social media personnel. Please email all the issues you're bumping into so that we can initiate a repair, replacement, or potentially push firmware updates so we'll be Available wheh you need us.
