Talk about a picture worth a thousand words!!! Below is the Celtic Center in Baton Rouge which houses thousands of people with flooded homes. Thousands bedding with their pets. What Louisiana needs right now is an army of volunteers! In the governor's press conference today, they explained they need organizations that can send large groups. Like faith-based groups. They appreciate the locals coming in, but this is a Katrina-type disaster and we need masses of volunteers. Most did not have flood insurance because they were not in a flood zone.
