Love Triangle

It took just over a week for one of my clownfish to begin a relationship with my BTA. It took a bit longer for my two clowfish to agree on a hierarchy. A few months have passed and a love triangle has developed.

Mary and Louis, the clownfish, are now getting along fine.

Mary and Lucy, the BTA, are enjoying each other's company.

Louis never goes near Lucy.

I couldn't get a good picture of Mary and Lucy together but this is a good one of Lucy.

The names? Mary Leakey was a famous paleoanthropologist. Lucy is, of course, a famous Australopithecine fossil. Louis Leakey was also a paleoanthropologist but he was also a bit of a philanthropist and he helped get Jane Goodall and Diane Fossey started in their careers. I thought those three names worked well together.

My male stayed away from mine for the longest time. Not sure if it was because it wasnt big enough for both or if it just didnt really like it.
