i had Sunrise Dottyback for 1 and half year in my tank. during her tenor, i couldnt keep shrimps and snails in my tank because she killed my all shrimps and snails.............yesterday she died............one good advantage is she used to kill all unwanted worms in my tank..
pls suggest which dottyback i keep in my tank who does not disturb other inverts...........and also kills unwanted worms suchas bristle worms etc,,,,,
pls help.....

How much room do you have? If you have a big enough tank, a fairy wrasse might be a better choice. I believe they are good for pest control without harming cleanup crew or corals.

A fairy wrasse wont kill bristleworms, a Halichoeres wrasse may go after small bristleworms as will a pseudocheilinus wrasse, but they are pretty mean.

The most peaceful dottybacks I have dealt with are Pseudochromis elongatus, P. fridmani, then slightly more aggressive is P. coccinacauda.
