Hi, I have struggled with low PH levels is my Reefer 350L tank.

My parameters are fairly stable but by PH is normally about 7.8. I did us an additive PH 8.4 but that got it to 8.2 but I think impacted on my Alkalinity though a lot. That was about 6 weeks ago.

I am wanting to get a Coral Banded Shrimp but it says it needs a PH of 8.2 to be safe.

How can I raise effectively and stabilise?

Maximise aeration, preferably with air from outside the human or pet high C02 space. Ie, route a skimmer intake line to a low traffic area if you can’t use outside air. Or you could buy a CO2 scrubber for your skimmer. I assume you have a skimmer?
