I just bought my first 125g tank, going to be upgrading from my 75g. And I've got a pair of Radion XR30s (and an extra) I planned on using on my new tank. Is there anything that sucks less power that is a good option for a softie/possibly RFA and BTA dominant tank?

Assuming standard 6’ 125g dimensions, For softies/LPS you could probably run a pair of 6’ lightbars and get to 100+ par. I have a pair of quanta lightbars as supplements for Radions over my 240 and I’m very happy with them.

Yes, standard 6' tank.

Quanta, Orphek, Reefbrite etc all options worth checking out. I’d definitely go that route to get coverage over a 6’ tank where you don’t need a blanket of strong light.

Haven’t kept BTAs however, I thought they liked higher light.

Those lights consume less power when dimmed.
Wattage When Dimmed
Programming Dependence: The wattage used at a dimmed setting depends on the specific percentages set for each of the available color channels (which are then scaled by the overall intensity slider).
Non-Linear Scaling: Running a light at a "global intensity" of 50% does not necessarily mean it is using 50% of the maximum wattage, because the individual LED diodes for each color have different power requirements and efficiencies.
Real-world examples: Many users run their Radions at 35% to 70% intensity to achieve optimal PAR (Photosynthetic Active Radiation) levels for their corals, which is often well below the maximum potential power draw.
6' Quanta helix is 120w.
2 to start ..Helps to cover the tank better than 1.
Your choice of color
Think they come with a manual dimmer

Any like bars will do ..

Yeah after looking around a little I may just run them at like 40%

I was going to say why not just run them at a lower % or run them for shorter period. I don't think there is going to be much benefit switching to a different lighting setup. If your main goal is to reduce your energy costs when the XR30's are fully dimmable they are about the best lighting you can get IMO
