Lps and an mp10

Hey guys quick question!
So I just got an mp10 for a great deal, but I have an lps and nem dominated 29gallon biocube tank so I just wanted to know what's the best setting!

I have a 150 gal 6 foot long with 2 mp10, bunch of lps and nems and maybe because my tank is long the MP10 doesnt bother anything.
It flows on whatever its close to but other than that nothing gets bothered in any settings... I use the pulse setting, think its wave1

Yea I'm using the pulse setting as well
Everything seems to look pretty good however, I see some people have there's set to like 30% or higher in their biocubes and I feel like that would rip my tank apart lol

I have 2 MP10's on my 75. I like the reefcrest and lagoon modes. It makes nice random flow (and the noise doesn't pulse on/off/on/off). I had 2 MP40's and I couldn't set them higher than about 40% without blowing sand and torch/hammer polyps all over.
