LPS look worse than ever

After getting rid of turf algae and hair algae with vibrant my lps look worse than ever. Chalice frags receding. Torch not opening as much. Acan look like toast. Guess I lowered phos and nitrates too fast. Phos at .03 or less and nitrates around 20. Both were much higher before. Pulled phosguard and purigen a week ago. Trying to raise nutrients a bit and do small weekly water changes. So frustrating
 
Yeah, stability is key so they don’t like big changes. Most LPS will bounce back ice they’re in a stable environment again.
