So I’m stressed AF about my tank right now.

my wife was supposed to do half the weekend in Miami with my daughter and I was going to the the 2nd half. She hurt her back the night before she was supposed to leave so I ended up taking the full weekend. I didn’t have a chance to fully prep things before leaving.

my son just called me and said there were bubbles in the tank. Turns out, i forgot to reset the ATO fail safe switch before I left so the pump was starting to suck air due to evap. Luckily, I’ve got an Apex and salinity didn’t swing that much.

but my alk dropped 0.2 dKh because trident was keeping it steady. Trident/DOS did a great job of keeping it steady but that assumes constant water volume.

and apparently a rock fell on my BTA, and when my wife/son were taking care of that, they knocked the bubblegum monti frag off the rocks. Which I’ll need to re-glue when I get back.

and im still fighting dinos.

Nothing major individually, but all together and being stuck 250 miles away until tomorrow has me a bit on edge.
I just got home from 10 days out of state for a funeral. I called my mother-in-law a couple days ago and she said everything looked good. The ATO level wasn't dropping but the tank was blowing air like it's supposed to...
