How long has the tank been set up?
What do you have for flow?

I have a 55 gallon tank with a 4 t5 ho 54 bulbs with one acentic blue one acentic purple and 2 16k whites my perms are ph 7.9 nitrite 0 nitrate 5 ammonia .25 phosphate.13 temp 79 salinity .025 and I run a tunze wavebox and hydor koralea evo 1150 for flow and my sand is 3 inches

And I have had the tank for 2 years but only 3-4 months in my current location

What fixture? Does it have individual reflectors?

Should have 0 for ammonia, and your phosphates are pretty high. Are you using RO/DI water? If so, what is the TDS?

It's just a cheap fixture from Amazon but yes it has individual reflectors and I use rodi water with 0 Tds and I was planning on a water Chang tonight for ammonia and phosphate
