I noticed my LTA was much more extended then usual all day today. In the evening I noticed the whole tank was quite cloudy and one of my hammers was half retracted. At first I feard something was overdosed or fell into the tank. But once I watched for a minute I noticed my LTA was shooting intermittent clouds from its mouth. After some quick googling it is identical to other anemone spawning events in appearance. This continued for a few hours until the whole tank is opaque. None of the corals seem to mind too much. And the hammer has puffed up again.

Should I do some water changes or run fresh carbon? Or is this harmless.

It won't let up upload the video I took for some reason but here is a still from it showing the anemone spawning.

Are you concerned you're going to have a tank full of baby nems?
Should be good for the corals; they'll eat a lot of it.
This tank has a lot of hungry Ricordea so I'm sure they are getting a nice snack.

Massive water change and put felt socks in sump. Eggs will start to decompose
Thanks! I swapped the felt socks. I will have to get some water made. Unfortunately I just did my water changes for the week and polished off the last of my brute can.
