LTA tank setup help

Going to plumb a 15g off my 90g for an anemone tank only. Do I need to add any rock. Other than a deep sand bed what else do I need. How deep of a sand bed 4”? As far as light I’ve read that they need more than a BTA what parr should I be trying for.

A good option for LTAs is to put fine sand in a container, like a tupperware or bowl, put 4 to 6 inches of sand in, place live rock around the container to conceal the container for aesthetic reasons.
