Lunar Wrasse....

I've had my tank setup for about our year I've had my lunar wrasse for a couple months and all of a sudden it seems like it's blind. What is wrong with it is there anything I can do to better the fish

Describe what you mean when you say seems blind. If his eyes are cloudy and slightly swollen it could be flukes, which is pretty common and can be treated a number of ways, but without more info it.would.be hard to definitively diagnose.

His eyes aren't cloudy or anything but yet he swims into the glass and rocks
