Lymph Or ich?

He’s been in here for 6 days and since the beginning he’s had those spots on the fins and he also had some on he’s upper fins which looks like it’s gone away. I am feeding him formula pellets with vitachem the copper is at 2.3ppm besides those spots he’s skin looks very smooth I highly doubt is ich.

You don't mention whether you are following QT procedures or not. Suggest you follow Jay Hemdal's procedures:

Could be lymphocystis or broken fins rays. Either will heal on their own in a month or so.

Thank you for the reply, my procedure is very similar to jays procedures. How ever every fish is different so I go by which fish I have in QT.

My guess too lympho which is a condition and not disease. Often its associated with water quality issue as simple as elevated ammonia or nitrate. Assure to provide Good water quality monitored by a reliable test kit and feed nutritious food with fats such as LRS fish frenzy and mysis shrimp

IMHO - it's a viral disease. OR a viral condition. Its definitely caused by a virus:)
