LYNGBYA bacteria - have we found the cure ?

been fighting this stuff for months but we are finally turning the corner..

How it got into my tank is debatable. Could be related to bottoming out nutrients or carbon dosing too soon or bottle bacteria.. your pick! Just wanted to share what I did to kill this stuff off in my tank..

following...i think this is growing inside of my overflow box.
So far so good… now it’s all about nutrient control I still see small amounts left but keeping po4 below .1 and nitrate 5-10 seems to be a good place for my tank. Also CUC is now effective against it..
