I have 3 lyretail anthias in my Reefer 350, I've had them for about a month with no issue. The healthiest looking one has stopped eating today (I feed frozen, mysis, lobster eggs, red plankton, etc...) and barely shows up, he's hiding behind the rocks. No agression whatsoever, he even came out when I fed but just stayed there looking.

Could it be because he's starting transitioning? I see no sign of illness besides this.

Usually a bad sign with anthias in my experience. Possibly an internal parasite.

I've also never had luck with trios in a tank that size... they seem to do fine for a few months then whittle down to 1.
