anyone know what these weeds are they keep popping up all over my tank.

I'm no expert but it kinda looks like bryopsis?
 
Agreed, I believe that could be Bryopsis. It kind of resembles regular hair algae, but it's "frillier", to use the scientific vernacular 😆
