Well thanks to some wonderful help from my fellow reefers on here, I was having horrible drain noise. Gurgulling and all. So I could have built a stockholm or another drain however it was recommended a maggie muffler. I found one on amazon for $6.99 with $5.00 freight. So i got it, came in today and i got nervous because the noise was worse, I had to drill out the top hole a little larger and now all it good. Thanks R2R family for the help.

Just like with my Stockman standpipe, I increased the hole size in the Maggie Muffler so a piece of airline tubing fits snugly then cut a foot of tubing and slowly lowered it down inside the standpipe until the noise quit and the flow evened out.

I will say though that my modified early style Stockman is still quieter so I went back to it and have two Maggies in my parts closet.
