Magnesium wont go up?

B-Ionic magnesium. Redsea 525xl

I also do Triton method... so I cant just rely on water changes because I generally don't do them

What is the volume of that tank?

You can dose, just don’t base dosing on mag testing, IMO. Base it on calcium or alk dosing. :)

ESV claims:

one mL will raise one gallon of aquarium water by 10 ppm.

thus, 500 mL added to 100 gallons would only boost mag by 5 ppm.

The one i have says 1.5 ml per gallon will raise the water 15ppm a day or 100
I was expecting this one sooner Randy lol.
Well I'm gonna need a heck of a lot to get up to 1350.

I really don't generally check my magnesium very often, as you can tell by it getting this low.

At least a couple of sites, including BRS say:
Instructions:

Add 1.5 mL per gallon of aquarium capacity per day until a target level of 1200-1350 ppm magnesium is reached.

B-Ionic Magnesium contains 36,000 ppm magnesium, and 1 mL will raise 1 gallon of aquarium water by 10 ppm.

Have you a particular reason to run your salinity at under 1.024? Increasing to 1.026ish would increase mag to around where it should be.
