Hey so my and a good friend of mine have started doing fish tank maintenance etc around the local area and have actually started to get quite a few clients.

One in particular has been a bit harder to deal with then other and we want to CYA type thing.

Does anyone have any advice or directions to point me in creating a liability waiver / contract for this type of work?

Yeah I'll need to talk to someone around here we live in BC Canada. Was hoping there was going to be a cheaper / easier way but never is when it comes to safety I suppose!
