I recently bought a mushroom that was attached to this rock. The shroom has moved off the rock and I noticed the symposium growing after about a month or so. The issue are these two green polyps that resemble ricordea. The shroom I bought was a red discosoma so I have no clue what these might have come from. I did some digging and they might resemble majano nems. Can I get some help?

Tough to see. Looks like it could be a baby hammer or torch. Is the white part hard like a skeleton?

The first thing that popped in my head was clove polyp but on closer inspection looks like some type of nem. Doesn't look like the majano I've seen.
There are some cloves on the rock, but its that green thing that worries me. I wanna put this rock in the shroom box I bought

Doesn’t look like a majano, but being ticked off I can’t really tell. Here is a pic of one of mine in the home for hated critters tank. We will also see if @LRT can pop over, as shrooms are his game.

@Drzebrafish does it look like the below pic when open? Top middle, the other is an aiptasia.

Honestly the tentacles look like a hammer, but I will post a picture if they open up

I also thought the tentacles look like a hammer, very blunt/rounded looking. But they are so bunched up without seeing what they are attached to ID will be difficult.

My best guess would be majano. Can you get in closer with a pick or forceps and get a look at the base?
