Hey everyone, saw this land on the sand, I have some rock flower babies so thought it was that grabbed it out and put it in a cup. Couple days later opened up not so much. Is it a Majano? Something different? It’s a nice red lol. I did a google/ forum search missed anything that looked to similar. Any ideas? Thank you.

Do you have any bubble tip anemones? It looks like a baby RBTA to me. Any chance you can try to get clearer pictures of the mouth, and of the base (under the tentacles)? That would help be more sure of the ID.

I’ll say this much, if it’s NOT a RBTA… I need one! :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes:

Thanks yeah I’ll try a little harder to get better pictures in a bit. I do have a small tank connected to that system that has some bubble tips. Thanks I’ll post some better pictures soon.

Sorry I’m struggling getting good pictures it’s pretty small like the pointer finger nail size , and my lights are low but it does have a thick foot like a bubble tip.

Yeah, it looks very much like a BTA, congrats on the baby! I don’t think I remember seeing any with colored lines near the mouth (they are usually white) but otherwise everything fits.

Thanks, I guess I’ll see if I can get it to grow up. Thank you!
