I have a coralife 220 :( for now so the pump can go up and down depending in the length of the tube

Test run, no leaks in the baffles :)
Seems to be working just as I wanted.

Nice clean job on your baffles. It's good to see someone take care in their silicone work in their DIY sump. It just takes a few more minutes to get it clean rather than simply smear the silicone all over the place.
 
I agree with Eric above, nice clean work Great Job. The only thing I see that could be an issue is the small return section, do you have a good reliable ATO system in mind ?

Not yet, just marked a fill line on the sump for now so I know how much ro/di to add. It's about 6.5g return?
I heard a lot are unreliable due to snails or just getting stuck, so any suggestions would be amazing.

I do use a big 50gpd dosing pump to do it so all I need is a good ato
