Sorry in advance. I’m kind of new with the dos and need to raise my alk. How do I do an adjustment dose?

I assume you're currently using the DOS scheduler where it is dosing a fixed amount each day. You have two choices in how to increase your alk:

1. Increase the daily amount in the schedule. This is the simplest way to accomplish it and requires no programming.

or

2. Create a one-off profile that you trigger manually to add a certain extra amount, then resume the regular schedule. This will require you to create a DOS profile instructing it how much to add, at what rate, and how many times. Then it will require you to program the DOS under its Advanced tab to run this profile when you either click a Feed cycle button or create a virtual output to trigger it.

Let me know which method you'd prefer, and I can give more guidance on how to do it.

I do have it setup to run a scheduled daily dose which I had it dialed in perfectly but my power supply crapped out so my alk dropped. I’d like to set up a temporary program to adjust it back to where I had it then go back to my regular schedule.

I do what @SuncrestReef described in #2.

I have a virtual outlet setup as "quickALK", then a dosing profile linked to it. I specify how much I want to add in the profile, then just click the virtual switch on. When it's done dosing the set amount I don't have to worry about overdosing as the program goes back to normal.

I believe I actually found out how to do this on these forums, and it may very well have been written by @SuncrestReef.
