My 28g HQI jbj nano cube is practically full already and I've been trying to be selective with coral purchases! Reef putty is my best friend though because I can stick corals where corals have never been stuck before lol (the side of a rock etc instead of on ledges and things like that) I have quite a bit of room on the top of my rocks but its so darn close to the MH I'm worried about putting LPS up that high...

Just venting... and I know you guys will want pics... I'll work on it. The last pics I posted were of the thing basically empty!

I know how you feel. I have a 34 gallon RSM and feel like I don't have any more room. I trying to talk my wife into getting something bigger, but she says the tank is just a money pit. It doesn't look like it is going to happen in the near future.

Let me start by saying the pics suck I know... They're from my cell phone.

Ok so here is the tank last month:

Here is the tank today: (PS I used LR & LS from an established system so I didn't really have a cycle.)

Yeah the only thing that sucks is I have a rock that is like 3 inches from the surface and the MH sits like 4 inches above the surface, probably will never be able to use that rock. I know they fill up quick. Now its time for an upgrade.

Yea, I still have some more room and on the sides. Might end up taking some rock out eventually to make more room as well.

looking good! i would do a little more aquascaping to get some more room out of it. I'm in the process of putting a 25gal solana together to keep some real high end stuff so i hope it doesnt fill out that fast..... you should put your tank into the ntotm contest!

I know what you mean... after 2 years of letting frags grow my nano is completely stuffed. I can add some pieces here and there but that's about it!

That's not a bad thing... sit back, relax and watch it fill out. Good for the wallet too ;)

wow, slow down a bit. I know you said it is from an established tank but there is a lot more that goes into it. Also think about growth, they will fill in and fight.

Yea, I wish I could have gone bigger but a few years ago I had a 75 gal and ended up getting out of the hobby for a while and then decided to get back in but a nanocube was "as big as I will allow you to get" as I was told... So until they make larger nano cubes I'm stuck w/ this one!
