Mandarin or leopard wrasse?

Good evening, So I see no sand for the 1st couple of days in QT for a wrasse .Can I use very fine play sand? I have a bag of this stuff & no other type with out taking it from another tank. Thanks !

I'd put the sand in a bowl so you can easily remove it from the QT and find her easily

Thanks DracoKat , I was concerned if the fine silicate sand would be too fine for a wrasse to sleep in.

^It'll work. It's not ideal, but for a temporary situation it'll do.

I can come up with a better alternative was hoping for an easy out !
