I have the marineland double bright 18-24 LED light. Question is....do they have enough output to grow plants? Also how good is tge coralife quad T5 30 inch light? Got it for dirt cheap on craigslist

Sure. That led unit could be used over a fuge/sump
T5HO light will also be good to use, overkill for a fuge but it will work.
