Absolute rubbish service, blaming the customer for the death of a fish despite the conditions it came in, inadequately packed, no heat packs to keep it warm, and haven't even got the brains to check stock on their own website, ridiculously high postage, I have since found another aquatics website, the postage half of this, for the same items I was charged for, and even being the same courier, all in all a very poor service, do not know that a warm water species need to be kept er WARM during postage, one clown fish luckily survived, one died within 4 hours, it couldn't take the trauma of the conditions it arrived in, could not refund because it never arrived dead, pathetic. anyway I am warning people to avoid this place at all costs, there are plenty more sites online who actually know what they doing and with far cheaper postage.
