Only saw it about 5 minutes before lights went out so snapped as many pictures as I could. Apologies if they are terrible, I can get more tomorrow. This looks like he scraped himself maybe when he wedges himself in the weird butt rock formations he wedges into? I can’t really tell though and def not a ton of experience, he’s been in the tank about a year

Oh, um, 200 gal

2 clowns, 1 royal, 2 carpenter wrasse, 1 Solarensis wrasse, 4 pjs, 2 diamond gobies, 1 yellow watchman, 1 file fish, 1 firefish, yellow tang, Naso tang, and kole tang

Did notice the Kole bothering a few fish last week, but haven’t seen it since. Everyone’s eating and acting normal

I also glued frags down recently but I didn’t see any glue going around tho mine does dry very white like this the BRS stuff

This is a nick or scratch injury and should heal on its own. Keep an eye on area for healing

I also think this is just a scratch. It's unlikely that the gramma did this to itself, since their normal habit is coral caves, they are well adapted to swimming amongst coral - another fish may have chased it.

Uronema can cause lesions like this, but those are usually reddish, and not seen in long term captive fish like that.
