So.. she decided to put the eggs next to her main anemone. Will the anemone harm the eggs or fry?

Normally they stick the eggs as close to the anemone as possible. Contact is no problem and possibly helpful. It is known that the larva pick up the chemical signature of their parent's anemone and later look for the same species when they settle down.
