Maroon clown fish

I have tried twice now to keep a matted pair of maroons clowns . And from the beginning when they where put into the tank with there anemone the female leaves the male they never come back together and then they both die

Were they a matted pair when you purchased them? (( actually spawning )).

Did you QT them?

How long before they die? Same time, or some amount of time after the other?

What size tank?

What other inhabitants are in the tank?

How long has the tank been set up?

What is your filtration?
