i did read something about he is possibly hosting that corner i figured adding a bubble anemone he would enjoy!I would check water especially if ammonia is present. Is this tank new? Other fish? Flow maybe too strong. When fish do this it usually means oxygen issue. How is your PH level? However, clownfish take up a host to that corner. One way to tell is put your finger there if he fights you thats what it is. They will defend it!
thank you for that!!I just ordered an ORA LuxLightning Maroon and I’ve been watching so many YouTube videos and reading info online, so I can’t recall exactly where I heard this, but I definitely read that sometimes clowns might just stick to one of the top corners of the tank until they’re comfortable enough to explore and settle in to a new spot. It might help to dim your lights a few days to help him acclimate.
But from your video he seems to look and move totally normal. Awesome fish, btw! Best of luck with the little dude.
yespH is a bit low, do you have plenty of surface oxygen exchange?
nothing off he definitely is moving more around the tank past 24 hours and eatingA fish that's hanging in or pointing into the flow from your powerhead can often be a sign of disease such as Velvet. Do you notice anything else "off" about him? Rapid breathing, not eating, etc.?
