Massive bacterial slime growth

I would also check which type of sterilizer they use, the chemical sterilize for cleaning dental/surgical instruments

Wow! I did not realize cleaning supplies would cause a problem with a saltwater tank. I have learned something new. Is that why I have heard to not clean the outside of a glass tank with Windex? I know not to clean the inside of any tank with soap, etc. How does the air freshner, etc. cause a problem?

Are you using biopellets. I had a bad slime outbreak it covered everything. I removed my biopellets and it was gone in a week

Well I know it's annoying I would just wet skim 24:7 and try to knock it down with high flow to keep off corals.
Good luck

Also I used filter socks to help remove but changed daily

Does it look anything like this?

You will need to blackout the tank for two days
