For the past three days my mastertronic has shown as offline in the app. The display on the unit has said it was testing NO3. The status in the app said the same, despite below showing as offline.

I unplugged it for about 15 minutes and plugged it back in. The display now shows a row of blocks on the top line and nothing on the bottom line. The app still shows as offline and has the status of running NO3. No sounds within the Mastertronic.

The unit has been working fine for several months until now. Any ideas?

I can’t help with the question, but I can bump the thread to see if we can get you some assistance.

Did you figure out a fix?

Mine also started doing this after a power cycle.

I have to cycle the power a few times for it to successfully "boot" and begin the startup process.

Yes. The micro SD card was bad. Had to get a new one and flash it with files that Focustronic gave me. And of course my laptop could only run the large SD cards, so I had to get an adapter, as well. Took a few days.
