Good morning everyone, I just got a frag of Matt V rainbow envy and just wondering if anyone has any mini colony/ colony pics of it growing in your tank... also advice on if it is a good grower or not and par level

Here was mine right before I lost it. Rtn'd completely a few days after the street in front of the house was re-tarred. Not sure on the par, but it was sitting about 20 inches under a 250w Radium. It was one of the nicest tenuis' in the tank. The picture was taken when all the lights were on.

Tar is no good for reef tank! By incidentally leaving the skimmer on I think it drew in all kinds of nasties (eq. phenols, and PAHs). Whatever it was I cleaned it up with running polyfilters and carbon. You could tell by just looking at the sps...they were not happy.

Anyway, not to get off subject, lets see some more MattV REs.

Here is a picture(bad cell phone) I took yesterday from sunnysidecorals.com colony. They are a sponsor on here and I was able to pickup a frag a couple of months ago from their auction.
