This light is going to be my Display light for my rebuilt SCA 150. Tank dimensions are 60x24x21(water depth). This will be a mixed reef with some SPS on the upper levels of the rock structure at a maximum depth of 12 inches of water.

I reapproriated a light fixture from an automobile assembly plant that is the perfect size for my tank. The open glass area is 48x17 which should give ultimate coverage for a 59x23 area of coverage.

I will be using 260 - 3 watt star boards I bought on AliExpress for an average price of 50 cents each.
I designed the layout with 10 rows of 26 with a spacing of 1 ³/4". The following is a screenshot of an AutoCAD layout and diode counts. If you zoom in the LEDs are labeled in the array.

The angles are secondary optics?
Are you splitting into channels?
"My" zoom doesn't do much.. can't see labels.
Downloading pic didn't cut it either.

What is your targeted height off the tank top?

Yes secondary optics. I am trying to figure out channels. I could use help with suggestions. The targeted water level is 6'. This gives a maximum 21" above water line to LED with fixture on ceiling. I updated original post with close up pics of layout.
