The tiny spirorbis snails are not a problem.
I like to see fresh white shell being deposited, but this clam has green algae growing over that area, meaning it isn't laying down new calcium at the end of the shell like they do when they are alive and growing.
This one is alive, I'm not sure it putting it in a better environment would allow it to recover and start growing again?
The foot looks retracted and also has algae growing on that part of the shell as well. I don't think the foot is damaged but it may be?
